Nova Scotian Boy

The ramblings of a Canuck on the UK Canals.  A 32 y/o Canadian transplanted to the UK 10 years ago. In those 10 years, he's been a Care Worker, Manager, and Personal Banker. Now he works part time as a Care Worker and Administrator for his husband's puppet company. He's the eldest of 7 children. His favourite dwarf is bashful.

The title of this blog is based on the Carl Sagan quote: In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.  The apple pie represents her home life and the Universe represents her work life.

She's a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her interests include gardening, music, computers, recipes, her grandchildren and her two dogs, Annie and Otter (Otto).
